I am a fully qualified Reflexologist with a Distinction in the QCF Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, awarded by VTCT, which includes an anatomy and physiology qualification.
I trained at the West Shires School of Complementary Health in Carmarthen under the excellent tutorship of Cheryll Hodgson and Hannah Freimanis.
I am a Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
My interest in natural healing and complementary therapies has been a lifelong passion. I really enjoy being a Reflexologist, continually developing my skills and knowledge around this marvellous therapy, that can help so many people. I am constantly in awe of the impact reflexology can have on health and well being and am honoured to be part of this profession.
Reflexology is a lifelong learning journey and I regularly commit to training courses to ensure up to date knowledge and quality support for clients. Currently I am developing my skills around Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD - the Sally Kay method) and Gentle Touch Reflexology (Sue Ricks Academy).
I previously worked as an advice and guidance worker; my training included person centred counselling.
Other complementary therapy interests and skills training include Bach Flower Remedies and Reiki.
