I am a fully qualified Reflexologist with a Distinction in the QCF Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, awarded by VTCT, which includes an anatomy and physiology qualification.
I trained at the West Shires School of Complementary Health in Carmarthen under the excellent tutorship of Cheryll Hodgson and Hannah Freimanis.
I am a Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
My interest in natural healing and complementary therapies has been a lifelong passion. I really enjoy being a Reflexologist, continually developing my skills and knowledge around this marvellous therapy, that can help so many people. I am constantly in awe of the impact reflexology can have on health and well being and am honoured to be part of this profession.
Reflexology is a lifelong learning journey and I regularly commit to training courses to ensure up to date knowledge and quality support for clients. My approach is person centered, with gentle to medium pressure, to suit each individual's need; I work energetically. I am currently developing my skills around Reflexology Lymph Drainage and Gentle Touch Reflexology
I previously worked as an advice and guidance worker; my training included person centred counselling.
Other complementary therapy interests and skills training include Bach Flower Remedies and Reiki.
