COVID 19 - Reflexology Services in Wales - Still Closed for Now
Update October 2020
How are you coping in these difficult times? I hope that you are keeping well.
This month I was aiming to relaunch my mobile reflexology service with changes introduced to meet COVID 19 guidelines.
However, these latest local lockdowns have made things very uncertain for us all once more.
I have been contemplating matters these past few days and have decided to postpone my relaunch until things have settled a bit and we all feel safe again, travelling around our communities and visiting each other’s homes.
I am really looking forward to providing relaxing and nurturing reflexology treatments for you sometime soon and maybe 2021 will bring a much better time for us all.
I will keep in touch, please let me know how you are getting on.
May we all find a positive way through this.
Best Wishes Rhysian x
Update - 20th July 2020
I am delighted to share with you updates from the Welsh Government and my professional association, the Association of Reflexologists.
In Wales, it has recently been announced that, depending on the health conditions at the time and the necessary preparations being in place, the government will look at reopening close contact services, including reflexology, from 27 July 2020 onwards.
I am currently working through the newly-published guidelines and taking time to consider the changes needed in policy and procedure to ensure a COVID-19 Secure Workplace.
This means I will not be re-opening immediately - your safety and well being is of utmost importance and it's essential I have everything in place ready for you.
It is likely that I will set a re-opening date for early Autumn 2020, and I will be in touch with everyone on my wait list shortly.
Thank you so much for your ongoing support.
I am really looking forward to providing relaxing and nurturing reflexology treatments for you once more.
Closed for Now.....Be Back Soon
Due to corona virus and advice from government, I have this week, temporarily closed my mobile reflexology service.
It has been a difficult decision and I am sad that I won't be able to offer the benefits of reflexology to ease the stress of these anxious times. However, it is very important to ensure we are all safe and well.
Thank you to all my lovely clients for your support, over the past year. I hope to be able to open up my treatment diary again very soon. I will keep posting useful information and wellbeing tips
Please take good care of yourselves, stay safe and keep in touch.
Let's all look after each other and bring forth lots of love and light

Reflexology ......... relaxing, healing, nurturing
Reflexology is a gentle, caring, feel good therapy, which works on your feet or hands to help bring your body into balance and encourage natural healing. Reflexology is a wonderful way to support your health and to take care of yourself, naturally.
Regular reflexology sessions can help you relax, sleep better, ease stress, increase energy and improve your overall well being. Reflexology treatment is suitable for all ages from newborns to the elderly.
Having reflexology at home is very beneficial; you can relax in your own space and don't have to worry about travelling, you can also get the most benefit from treatment, as your body has time to rest before and after the treatment.
